ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Order Status

After you place an order on this website, your order can assume many statuses, check the list bellow the meaning of each status:

Open – Order has been placed and created in the store database, but it hasn't been processed (paid) yet.
Failed – Payment transaction hasn't been completed.
Processed – Payment has been received.
Complete – Order has been shipped from our warehouse and all work on the order has been completed.
Back ordered – Order hasn't been processed yet as it contains one or more out-of-stock items.
Cancelled – Order was cancelled by a customer.
Declined – Order has been canceled by the store administrator.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you place and pay your order (only paid orders will be processed):

1. The first confirms that your order was received and processed; this email will arrive within about 2 hours after you place your order.
2. The second confirms that your order is Complete and was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by "Check Orders Status" link located in the bottom of every page of our website.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your orders by clicking on "Check My Order" at the top of any page. You will go to your Order History page, where you'll see all your orders. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. On the Shipment Summary, you'll also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on what you can expect in each package.
